Return Policy for Triene Clothing Brand:
At Triene, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. If any of these conditions are not met, the item(s) may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping label. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
